At The What’s Next Club we’re committed to creating a positive, supportive experience for every woman who joins our community. If something hasn’t met your expectations, we’d like to know.

 

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of The What’s Next Club, including our

please get in touch by emailing us at: cookie@thewhatsnextclub.com. To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant dates, screenshots or order details (if applicable)
  • The outcome you’d like to achieve

What Happens Next?

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. We’ll investigate your concerns carefully and aim to provide a response within 7 working days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know and keep you updated throughout the process.

Coaching Services

If your complaint relates to life coaching, we’ll review the matter in confidence and work with you to find a fair and appropriate resolution. While coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed, we take concerns about professionalism, communication and service quality seriously.

Community Guidelines

Our Facebook group and other community spaces are intended to be safe, supportive environments. If your complaint involves another member, we’ll investigate while respecting everyone’s privacy.

Still Not Happy?

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you’re welcome to reply to our decision and ask for your complaint to be reviewed again. A fresh review will be carried out wherever possible.
